His career highlights include winning ‘The Sustainable Bar Award’ + ‘Worlds Best Cocktail Menu’ and multiple entries in ‘The World’s 50 Best Bars’ list for his work at Parisian institution ‘Little Red Door.’
Rory is also the co-owner of De Vie, a farm-to-table fine dining restaurant and cocktail bar now open in the heart of Paris, bringing his expertise to this exciting venture.
